Dry Sandstone gorge country...looks interesting.
Checking access points.
Hot walking even in early spring. If there's no pools left in the creeks, a cool season exploration may be a better option.

Looks like a re-naming of Helidon Hills.

Somewhere different, not to far from Brissy, to stretch the legs & clear the mind.

Walked more than once some years ago but can recommend
https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails/paradise-creek-and-white-mountain-13853621also described in 'Bushwalks in the Toowoomba Region' Helidon Hills Walk 12 Route B in the 1993 edition (although Wikiloc refers to 'Walk 14' - different edition?)

Thanks for the recommendation, Tomh.
Walk 13 in the 3rd edition (2001) is the White Mt & Paradise Ck route.
Walk 14 is Alice & Murphys Ck (same edition).
There's also a 4th edition (2009) with more walks.
Hopefully there's some water left in the creeks for a swim if it gets too hot. Couldn't see the creek bed from my vantage points.
