Day Walks in Southwest National Park

Postby plhodges » Wed 08 Aug, 2018 1:03 pm

My family and I travelled to Tasmania for the first time in July this year. On one of the days I headed off to Southwest National Park and on the advice of other forum members, I completed The Needles and Mt Sprent walks.

Here's a blog post of my experience: http://travelwithpete.com/?p=480

In short, it was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be returning to do some more walks in Tasmania in the near future :)

Great write up- thanks for sharing it.

I'm going to be in Tassy for 2 weeks in March with 3 non walkers- these 2 walks look perfect for me when we stay in this area.
