Plunkett Conservation Park

Plunkett & Wickham Parks. Brisbane Southside.

Dry open forest walking with sandstone ridges & outcrops to explore. Valley views in places.
Creeks have trickling water/ pools at the moment. 4 or 5 small shallow caves to seek out.
Sucked in a couple of annoying Bush Flies & got nibbled by some sneaky March flies at rest stops.
Goannas, ant mounds, small lizards, slithering snake & screeching Cockatoo's spotted.

Take water. Worth a exploritory mooch or for training/conditioning if you live nearby.

Mountain views are good for my soul...& getting to them is good for my waistline !
