Yes, it's Stingray Bay. This view was obtained about 1km from the Long Track.

Bingo Greg! That monitor would not budge for hours that afternoon. Good swimming and dolphin watching on that beach. All yours.

Absolutely NOT!.

Several hundred Kms to the North - up quite highish. But not part of the general high country. The chap is gazing at the highest point on this mountain. West of Tathra and East of Bendigo...

Thanks, GregR, the general location looked right, given your clues. Apologies to any other players who might have got a more accurate answer.

Still in Victoria, what's the name of this gorge?

You're looking across Kowmung and Scotts Main towards Axehead, Tonali, Byrnes Gap etc (wit Yerranerie Peak and Wanganderry walls in the background). Where from, however, i'm not sure. First guess is somewhere on Ti Willa, but you're probably not that far north. Could be somewhere on Maxwell Top, but probably not that far south... so maybe somewhere in between? High and Mighty?

I was last up there only a year ago and already forgotten what the view looks like. I thought Byrnes was much further south when looking from TW. Next (NSW)...

Wow. Didn't think it would be hard to work out. In the interests of keeping things moving I took this on the Empire Pass Walking Track at Lawson.

Anyone can jump in.

Sorry Michael, I knew it and would have jumped in eventually.
But I'm currently overseas travelling and not many local photos with me.
All photo games have slowed considerably, even Tassie has some quiet spells.
Often best to wait and keep adding a clue now and then.
