Glad to see Hasselblad is able to make the transition to the digital age, through not sure it'll maintain its edge in the digital world. There's much more than just the hardware and they'll need to deliver the image and have compatible lenses to go with it.
Just move it!

Hasselblad has been in the digital world for years - they just don't get much mainstream consumer attention when their products cost between $20-50k body only  Look at digital medium format in the fashion, architecture and landscape world and Hasselblad is a major player.

The X1D is a pretty interesting bit of kit, although there's reliable rumours that Fuji will be releasing something similar (and much cheaper) soon...

Whilst they had digital offering, the name has faded in the digital world when compared in the earlier age. Back then, any photographer would have heard the name and recognise the boxy body.
